{"id":35310,"date":"2023-12-13T20:17:09","date_gmt":"2023-12-13T19:17:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/circuitoangelnieto.com\/2024\/01\/18\/cirjesa\/"},"modified":"2024-01-29T11:59:23","modified_gmt":"2024-01-29T10:59:23","slug":"cirjesa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/circuitodejerez.com\/en\/2023\/12\/13\/cirjesa\/","title":{"rendered":"Cirjesa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display:none;\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/gestorapp.circuitoangelnieto.com\/\/uploads\/noticias\/noticia_37.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"409\" \/><\/p>\n<p><p>El director general de la Agencia IDEA ser\u00e1 nombrado vicepresidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n presidido por la alcaldesa<\/p>\n<p>Garc\u00eda-Pelayo destaca que \u201cuna vez m\u00e1s se demuestra el compromiso firme de la Junta con Jerez y su Circuito\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>13 de diciembre de 2023.<\/strong>&nbsp;La alcaldesa de Jerez y presidenta de Cirjesa, Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda-Pelayo, ha presidido la reuni\u00f3n de la Junta General de esta empresa municipal convocada para la constituci\u00f3n del nuevo Consejo de la sociedad donde, por primera vez, entran a formar parte del mismo cuatro consejeros de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda a propuesta de la Agencia de Innovaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de Andaluc\u00eda (IDEA) cuyo director general, Miguel \u00c1ngel Figueroa, pasar\u00e1 a ser vicepresidente de Cirjesa.<\/p>\n<p>Tras esta Junta General de nombramientos y ceses de consejeros de Cirjesa, la sociedad Circuito de Jerez SA convocar\u00e1 un Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n ya con los nuevos consejeros nombrados en la Junta General para su constituci\u00f3n y aceptaci\u00f3n de los nombramientos, entre los que se encontrar\u00e1 el nuevo vicepresidente.<\/p>\n<p>Cirjesa con estos nombramientos tendr\u00e1 un Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n formado por doce consejeros. El Ayuntamiento de Jerez, que posee el 68,16% del capital de la sociedad, sentar\u00e1 en el Consejo a la alcaldesa Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda-Pelayo como presidenta de Cirjesa, a la que acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1n siete consejeros m\u00e1s por parte municipal, Agust\u00edn Mu\u00f1oz y  Antonio Real (PP), F\u00e9lix Moreno y Jos\u00e9 Hermos\u00edn (Consejo Local del Motor), Jes\u00fas Alba (PSOE), Ignacio Soto (Vox) y Ra\u00fal Ruiz-Berdejo (La Confluencia).<\/p>\n<p>La Agencia IDEA, que ostenta el 31,84% del capital de la sociedad, por su parte ha propuesto cuatro nombramientos para el nuevo Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n que son Miguel \u00c1ngel Figueroa (vicepresidente), Inmaculada Olivero, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Jim\u00e9nez y Raquel N\u00fa\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n<p>La Junta General celebrada para la constituci\u00f3n del nuevo Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n ha estado presidida por la alcaldesa, Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda-Pelayo, el teniente de alcaldesa de Presidencia, Agust\u00edn Mu\u00f1oz, el director general de la Agencia IDEA, Miguel \u00c1ngel Figueroa, a trav\u00e9s de video llamada, y el director gerente del Circuito de Jerez-\u00c1ngel Nieto.<\/p>\n<p>Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda-Pelayo ha destacado la importancia de la entrada de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda en el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de Cirjesa \u201cporque de esta manera se demuestra una vez m\u00e1s  el compromiso firme del Gobierno de Juanma Moreno con la ciudad y especialmente con el Circuito de Velocidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La alcaldesa ha recordado que, gracias a la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda, \u201cse ha garantizado la organizaci\u00f3n de los Grandes Premios de Espa\u00f1a de MotoGP y el Mundial de Superbikes en el Circuito de Jerez-\u00c1ngel Nieto y ahora, tras esta Junta General, el compromiso de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda va m\u00e1s all\u00e1  entrando a formar parte del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de la sociedad.
