Note: Ticket prices remain unchanged from last year, with no increases in rates. In the new 2026 price table, the only change is administrative, as the €3 administration fee is now included in the final price, unlike in 2025, when it was applied as an additional charge at the time of purchase.

Here, we answer the most frequently asked questions:

• LOYALTY CLUB What is it, who belongs to it, and how can I join?

The Loyalty Promotion is our way of thanking all fans who want to relive the excitement of the world's best championship at the Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto. Each season, members enjoy priority access to purchase tickets for the next Grand Prix, as well as an exclusive discount.

All our customers who purchased tickets for the previous edition through our official website are members of the Loyalty Club (http://www.circuitodejerez.com/) and who, before completing their purchase, ticked the box ‘I wish to receive information about promotions and/or other products (Loyalty Club)’.

This registration must be renewed every year, so don't forget to tick this box to get early access to our sales portal, choose the best seats available and enjoy a small saving on your tickets!

• CHRISTMAS PROMOTION

If you are not part of the Loyalty Promotion, don't worry! You have the opportunity to purchase your tickets at a reduced price in the Christmas Promotion before prices rise to their final sale price. Take advantage of this period to give this wonderful experience to your loved ones.

• DO CHILDREN PAY FOR TICKETS?

Children up to and including 3 years of age (on the date of the event) do NOT pay admission, although they are not entitled to a seat and must always be accompanied by an adult who will hold them in their arms during their stay in the grandstand.

Children aged 4 to 13 inclusive (at the time of the event) can enjoy great discounts.

From the age of 14 onwards, they are considered adults.

Staff located at access controls will be able to request documentation proving the age of minors.

• YOUTH AND SENIOR CITIZENS PROMOTION

Young people aged 14 to 25 and those over 65 will enjoy a discount in the Pelousse area.

Staff located at the access controls will be able to request supporting documentation from those carrying these promotional tickets.

• REDUCED MOBILITY

Our stands are not accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility who require similar technical aids. To ensure that all fans can enjoy the event in safety, accessibility and comfort, we have several areas reserved for members of the public who are unable to use the stands, where they can be accompanied by an authorised companion. Similarly, parking facilities will be available (as far as possible and subject to availability) to make it easier for them to travel to their chosen locations.

PMR tickets for these reserved spaces cannot be purchased directly through the website. If you need to purchase adapted tickets, you must arrange this in advance by submitting the required supporting documentation.

• ARE THE TICKETS VALID FOR ALL THREE DAYS, OR CAN I PURCHASE INDIVIDUAL DAYS?

For years, all our tickets They are valid for all three days of the event (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday); individual days are not sold.

• INDOOR CAR PARKING

Car parking inside the Circuit is not available to the general public, as the parking spaces located within the facilities are exclusively reserved for members of the organisation, participating teams, official suppliers, authorities, security forces, medical and emergency personnel, etc.

Fans must use the outdoor parking areas specifically designated for the Grand Prix.

• INDOOR MOTO PARKING

There are several indoor motorcycle parking options:

3. Moto Parking A-10 Grandstand For the exclusive use of attendees at Tribune A10 (access via Gate 1)
4. General Motorcycle Parking, Recommended for spectators attending the event and located in that area of the circuit: Turns 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5; Grandstands C1, C2, C3, C4 and C5 (access via Gate 3 Motos).
5. Motorcycle parking at Stand R9, Free and included in the ticket price for attendees at Tribune R9 (access via Gate 3 Motos)

• OUTDOOR MOTORCYCLE PARKING:

If you are unable to access any of the Indoor Motorcycle Parking options listed above, you may park free of charge in our Outdoor Motorcycle Parking area, located directly opposite Gates 1 and 2.

• CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS TO ACCESS THE PADDOCK?

The Circuito de Jerez does not sell passes for paddock.

• I HAVE PURCHASED A TICKET, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT BY POST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please write to us at taquilla@circuitodejerez.com Please provide us with the email address you used when making the purchase and any other information that may help us locate your ticket (purchase reference, date and time of purchase, buyer's first and last names, etc.).

If you have purchased from a resale website or any other agency, we cannot help you, as we do not have your money or your tickets. If you have any doubts, you can check your bank app to see who has charged you.

• DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET OR CAN I BRING IT ON MY MOBILE PHONE?

To access the venue, you will need to present your ticket at the entrance, either printed or in digital format.

If you print it, please verify that the ticket information and codes can be clearly seen. Please take special care with this option, as anyone who finds the ticket could use it, invalidating your subsequent entry. In the event that more than one copy is presented, only the first person to arrive will be allowed entry, regardless of who purchased the ticket.

If you carry it on your mobile phone, make sure you have enough battery power to last the whole day, as you may need it at any time. If you are accompanying someone, we always recommend that you have all your tickets on all your devices, in case one of them switches off, breaks down, is forgotten or lost... Please download your tickets in advance, as due to the large number of attendees, there may be connection problems during the weekend.

• CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER TO THE CIRCUIT?

Of course you can, as many times as you like, but it is very important that you make sure to scan your ticket when you enter the controls, otherwise when you return, your ticket will show that you are inside and you will not be allowed to enter again.

• ARE TICKETS NOMINATIVE OR CAN DIFFERENT PEOPLE ATTEND DURING THE WEEKEND

Tickets are not nominative, which means that different people can use the ticket throughout the weekend, but obviously NOT on the same day. We ask that you distribute the tickets correctly and only give them to people you trust, because if several people have the same ticket, only the first person to arrive will be allowed in.

• CAMPING AREA AND MOTORHOMES

The official camping area is not managed by Circuito de Jerez; it is operated by an external company.

We will soon include a direct link to the campsite manager's website where you can find information, make reservations and contact them if you have any questions: 

Any other area is unofficial and may therefore be illegal.

BUSES FROM JEREZ

As every year, Jerez City Council will provide Grand Prix attendees with a shuttle bus service with extensive timetables and stops. More information coming soon.

• MAY I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

Of course, you can bring your own food and even drinks if you wish. However, please note that for security reasons, any potentially dangerous items such as glass or knives will be confiscated at the entrance.

•  MAY I BRING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?

NO, the Sports Law does not allow it.

• WILL THERE BE A RESTAURANT AREA?

Yes. There will be catering areas throughout the Circuit, located more or less close to where you are. It's a long day and you can't miss it, so there will be many stalls, bars and food trucks will be available in our installations.

•  IS THERE AN ATM?

No, sorry, but we do not offer that service. If you are going to need cash, do not forget to bring it with you.

• WHAT IS PROHIBITED?

For safety reasons, the general public is strictly prohibited from bringing in or possessing the following items (and attendees may be searched in compliance with this point):

-Containers for beverages, food, and other products made of metal, glass, ceramic, wood, or any similar material.

-Any type of weapon or object that could produce the same effects.

-Dangerous items such as flares, firecrackers, explosives or, in general, flammable, smoke-producing or corrosive products, as well as any other pyrotechnic devices.

-Products weighing more than 500 g or with a volume greater than 500 ml that could be used as projectiles.

-Any kind of alcoholic beverage

-Narcotic, psychotropic, stimulant, analogous or similar substances

-Banners, flags, symbols or other signs with messages that incite violence or by virtue of which a person or group is threatened, insulted or harassed on the grounds of their racial or ethnic origin, religion or beliefs, disability, age, sex or sexual orientation.

-Animals (except for assistance dogs in accordance with current legislation)

-Skateboards, bicycles, or other unauthorised means of transport

Drons

-Entering the premises without a valid entry pass

It is reported that the installations are a VIDEO SURVEILLANCE AREA and the images will be processed for the purpose of Event security.

• IN THE EVENT OF EVACUATION

-Remain calm

-Follow the instructions of Security and Emergency Personnel.

-Do not shout, do not run, leave the area in an orderly fashion.

-Do not return to retrieve personal belongings.

-Proceed to the nearest safe areas.

The Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto works continuously to ensure that all fans can enjoy themselves in safe, accessible and comfortable conditions. For this reason, it has a number of seats reserved for people with reduced mobility and their authorised companions.

IMPORTANT

The grandstands are not accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility who require similar technical aids. To ensure an adequate experience, the Circuit has specific, specially equipped areas.

These users will have access to parking facilities to make it easier for them to travel to their chosen locations, as far as possible and subject to availability.

PMR tickets are not available for direct purchase through the website.

Our team will provide you with all the necessary information and help you manage your access in the most convenient and secure way possible. 

• These spaces must be arranged prior to the event, upon presentation of supporting documentation. Applications will not be accepted during the days of the event.
• All tickets are valid for the three days of the event: Friday 24th, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th.
• Once tickets have been purchased, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

El transporte público es la mejor manera de venir al Gran Premio. Desde Jerez, su Ayuntamiento organiza Autobuses urbanos y lanzaderas desde distintos puntos de la ciudad hasta el circuito y viceversa.  Estos puntos son la Rotonda del Minotauro, junto a la estación de trenes y desde el parque González Hontoria. Ambos puntos de partida van directos al circuito por lo que la fluidez del servicio es una de las novedades de este 2026. En este enlace, encontraréis más información

Por otra parte, habrá nuevamente un servicio especial de lanzadera para transportar a los aficionados desde el  Parking C hasta las inmediaciones de la Venta la Cueva. Este servicio será gratuito tanto la ida como la vuelta, facilitando la no aglomeración a pie de los asistentes y facilitando el tráfico por esta área.

Tendrá el siguiente horario:

• Viernes 24 de abril. 4 vehículos iniciando a las 07.30 h para finalizar a las 20.30 horas con una frecuencia de 7 minutos.
• Sábado, 25 de abril. 7 vehículos iniciando a las 07.00 h para finalizar a las 20.30 horas con una frecuencia de 5 minutos.
• Domingo, 26 de abril. 7 vehículos iniciando el trayecto a las 06.00 horas para concluir a las 17.00 horas con frecuencia cada 5 minutos.

Fan Zone en el Circuito de Jerez

Es el epicentro del entretenimiento, el punto de encuentro masivo para miles de moteros que disfrutan de las actividades programadas allí durante todo el fin de semana.

¡Recuerda!  es un espacio abierto y gratuito para todo el mundo. Está situado detrás de las tribunas de final de rectas (Tribunas C1 y C2). No tiene pérdida, la noria que allí se instala será tu guía.
