4 February 2025. The 40th anniversary season of the Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto kicks off this coming weekend with the ‘Spanish Winter Championship’ event.
The ‘Spanish Winter Championship’ is a competition that takes place during the winter and is aimed at the F4 and Eurocup single-seater categories, international categories that compete in a calendar of races at different European circuits, including Jerez.
And prior to the start of the season for both categories, on 30 March in the case of the F4, and 18 May in the case of the EuroCup3, many of the teams in these categories have an appointment at different national and Portuguese tracks, to carry out collective testing sessions before the season starts, which will take place on Friday and end the weekend with official training sessions and race rounds.
Thus, this weekend marks the start of the competitions at the circuit with a programme that includes free practice sessions on Friday, followed by official practice sessions on Saturday and Sunday to define the starting grids for the F4 and Eurocup3 races, which will be held on Saturday and Sunday at the following timetable:

For fans, entry to the circuit will be free, with grandstand X-1, paddock and pit terrace available.
